Four Positions Available
Remuneration: Rs. 300,000 - 500,000
Plus huge commissions per placement
MUST HAVE IT STAFFING EXPERIENCE, CANDIDATES WITHOUT IT EXPERIENCE NEED NOT APPLY, SHOULD BE ANY GRADUATE WITH MIN 2-3 YRS OF RECRUIMENT /HIRING EXPIRENCE IN MAJOR PLACEMENT FIRMS / REPUTED IT COMPANIES
- Handling Temp/Contract and Permanent Recruitements in IT Sector.
- Online searching for the resumes from the available databases, sites according to the specifications given by the company.
- Online posting of Jobs on top-notch job sites, like Monster, Dice and Hot jobs.
- Handling Preliminary telephonic interview with candidates in US by running technical questionnaire for various skill sets.
- Negotiating the salary with the candidates
- Coordinating with the clients and scheduling the interviews.
- Handling Joining formalities for all the associates who have been recruited by us, working on our rolls and deputed at the clients place
- Assigning positions to all other recruiters and explaining the candidates about the benefit package
- Induction to the new employees
The candidate should be able work in night (US) shift
