Is 'Bua Ji' is very common to use?

if yes in which part of India ( I don't think its common in Rajasthan though ).

Bhai Ashu:

Asal mae te mae "bhua" soon, par inn balkaan nae "bua" banadi!

Father's sister is commonly addressed as Bua (Haryana) or bhua (in Delhi).
