Bakheta
Bakheta (बखेता) is a village in Rohtak tahsil and district in Haryana. This village is also known as Gorar-Bakheta (गोरड़-बखेता).
Location
The village Bakheta is Located 3 KMS away from Rohtak-Sonipat State Highway. 20 KMS from the District Headquarters Rohtak.
Origin
Village Bakheta originated from village Morwala in Dadri around 990's. The village is named Bakheta on the name of Ch. Bakhat Singh, the elder son of Ch. Lala Ram (Migrated from Morwala).
This village gave many brave soldiers to Indian army and also some famous Panchyati Leaders and Sportsperson.
The Founders
Ch. Bakhat Singh, the elder son of Ch. LalaRam (Migrated from Morwala). The Natives of this village migrated from Village Morwala (Dadri) and later also founded the adjoining village Humayupur.
