Bina River (बीना नदी) flows in Sagar District west of Bina town, forms border of Vidisha and merges into Betwa River near Pirotha in Vidisha district of Madhya Pradesh.

विजयेन्द्र कुमार माथुर[2] ने लेख किया है ..... बीना नदी (AS, p.639) मध्यप्रदेश की एक नदी जिसके तट पर एरण या प्राचीन एरकिण बसा हुआ है। बीना नामक क़स्बा भी इसी नदी के तट पर स्थित है। बीना के पश्चिम से बीना नदी बहती है जो सागर और विदिशा जिलों की सीमा बनाती है।
