Ch Dharamapal Narwal is from Kathura in Sonipat district of Haryana. He has served educational services in Haryana for 35 years. He has retired as District Education Officer and is now fully involved in community service.
He as a youth had participated in inter varsity shooting championship (1969) and won gold medal.
Awards
He was awarded "Rastrapati Shikshak Samman" during his services. He has served Kathura as village sarpanch and has a very strong support base in the village.
