Chhotu Ram Kaswan

Chhotu Ram Kaswan, a resident of village Panniwala Mota, Distt. Sirsa (Haryana) who joined Indian Army as Commissioned Officer in 1967, took active part in 1971 Indo-Pak war on western front in Shakergarh sector.

After release from army, he joined Bihar Police and got promoted to INDIAN POLICE SERVICE. He later attained the rank of INSPECTOR GENERAL of POLICE and retired in the year 2004.

His son Col. Rajesh Kaswan is commanding 1st Sikh L.I.Battalion.
