Daleo (दलेव) is a small Jat clan, found in Ludhiana. [1]

Origin
They say that Jagdeo had five sons: Daleo, Dewal, Ulak (Aulak), Malangh and Pamar. Now Raja, Jail Pangal promised a Bhatni, Kangali by name, 10 times as much largesse as Jagdeo gave her. But Jagdeo cut off his head. The Bhatni, however, stuck it on again. Still, ever since this clan has had small necks ! [2]
