Dr Mukhtyar Singh (डॉ मुख्त्यार सिंह) is resident of village Vrishbhanpur in tehsil Iglas in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. He was born in the family of Thakurele gotra Jats. He completed his M.Sc. from Agra College Agra in 1962. He was the third person to complete D.Sc. in Physics and eleventh in Chemistry to do the same from there. He has been Principal of Agra Collage Agra. He has to his credit more than 150 research papers published.
