Jaggi Sangwan

Jagjit Singh Sangwan is Ex-MLA from Dadri in Bhiwani district of Haryana. He is fondly called "Jaggi" in the area. He belongs to village "Paintawas Kalan" located on Dadri-Bhiwani Road. In the year 1999, he was the lone MLA from NCP in Haryana state. He had lost earlier three elections by narrow margin of votes each time to his rival candidates. He became the youngest MLA candidate in haryana at the age of 25 years he fought his first MLA election from Charkhi Dadri with a Congress party nomination. Jaggi in his young days was a youth icon in dadri/bhiwani area loved and supported by thousands of youngsters and youth of the area. Jaggi also became president of youth wing of congress at a very young age catching the eye of the most senior personalities of Indian National Congress and other parties as well.

He started career in politics as Students' Union president of JVM GRR College, Charkhi Dadri.
