Jati Bhandu (जाटी भाण्डू) is a village in Shergarh tahsil of Jodhpur district in Rajasthan at a distance of 20 km from Shergarh. It is an ancient place of historical importance. It is well connected by Road from Basisar on Jaisalmer Road.

Origin

Jati Bhandu was founded by Soi Jats

History

The village was earlier occupied by Soi gotra Jats. Later came Potalia gotra Jats. The Chief of the village Ada Ram had constructed a temple of Thakurji in the village many centuries back. The temple is still present.
