There is also a temple of Kalihar Naga (Kelang Naga) at Dughi, it is famous about this Naga that he also hailed from Lahul[3]. Similarly Eighteen Nagas or serpents are also worshipped in Kulu [4] valley.

Kalihar Chauhans

Kalihar Chauhans consider their gotra to be a branch of the Chauhan gotra. Some of them consider the lineage of Prithvi Raj Chauhan to be of Jat ancestry, however, this view-point is not supported by mainstream historians.
