Krishan Pal Balyan, belongs to the village Harsoli in Muzaffarnagardistrict , Uttar Pradesh. He completed his education from Meerut university and joined Parliamentary services (PSS-89).
Career
He worked as APS with Sh. Suraj Bhan, Hon'ble Deputy Speaker, Lok Sabha, Parliament of India from 1996-1998.
In NDA government he worked as Addl. P.S. to Union Cabinet Minister Dr. Satya Narayan Jatiya, Hon'ble Minister of Labour and Employment (Govt. Of India), Minster of Urban Development and Poverty Elevation (Govt of India) and Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment (Govt of India) from 1998-2004.
From 2004-2009, He worked as Addl. P.S. to Smt. Meira Kumar, Hon'ble Minister of Social Justice (Govt of India).
From 2009-2014, he worked as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to Hon'ble Speaker Lok Sabha, Parliament of India.
In 2015, he has been appointed as Private Secretary in the personal staff of Hon'ble Chief Minister of Jharkhand Sh. Raghubar Das, at his Camp Office at New Delhi.
