Late Shri Mukhtiar Singh Malik (1913- 2008) was Member of Parliament (5th and 6th Lok Sabha). He hailed from Bhigan village of Gannaur tahsil of Sonipat, Haryana. He was also a member of Haryana Vidhan Sabha.
