रंजनी (AS, p.773): जिला बीड़, महाराष्ट्र में बीड़ से 8 मील दूर दक्षिण (?) की ओर स्थित है. अकबर के समकालीन इतिहास लेखक फरिश्ता ने लिखा है कि 1326 ई. में दिल्ली का सुल्तान मोहम्मद तुगलक बीड के पास से होकर गुजरा था जहां उसने अपना एक [p.774]: स्मारक भी बनवाया था. स्थानीय किंवदंती में इस स्थान को रंजनी-ग्राम के निकट कहा जाता है.[2]
