Seyaviya (सेयविया) was a city located in Kekaya country (Punjab) according to Jaina records.

The Jaina texts say that one half of the Kekaya was Aryan and refer to the Kekaya city called Seyaviya.[1].

सेयविया (AS, p.985): जैन लेखकों के वर्णन के अनुसार यह नगर केकय देश (पंजाब) में स्थित था. इसका अभिज्ञान अनिश्चित है (देखें इंडियन एंटीक्वैरी, 1891, पृ. 375). सेयविया शाब्दिक रूप सेतव्या का अर्धमागधी अपभ्रंश जान पड़ता है [p.986]: किंतु दोनों नगरों की स्थितियों का विभेद इन क्षेत्रों को एक समझने में कठिनाई उपस्थित करता है.
