Location of Suin in Bikaner district

Suin (सूईं) Sui (सूई) is a village in Lunkaransar tehsil in Bikaner district in Rajasthan, India. Its nearby village is Shekhsar. Suin village situated 8 kms from Bhiwani & 1st railway station from Bhiwani on Hisar route. Population is more than 5000 all the jats in the village belonged to Bajad gotra. Many Bajad youthers in army today.

चूरू जनपद के जाट इतिहास पर दौलतराम सारण डालमाण[2] ने अनुसन्धान किया है और लिखा है कि पाउलेट तथा अन्य लेखकों ने इस हाकडा नदी के बेल्ट में निम्नानुसार जाटों के जनपदीय शासन का उल्लेख किया है जो बीकानेर रियासत की स्थापना के समय था।

History

It was the capital of the republic of Sihag gotra Jats in Jangladesh, whose chief was Chokha, who had 150 villages under him. Suin was their capital and districts were Rawatsar, Biramsar, Dandusar, Gandaisi.

Population

Population of Suin according to Census 2001 is 2784, Where male population is 1470, While female population is 1314[3] out of them 1542 were SC and 16 ST.
