Suresh Kumar Dhattarwal
Dr. Suresh Kumar Dattarwal (सुरेश कुमार धतरवाल) is Professor of Forensic Medicine at Pt. BDS University of Health Sciences, Rohtak and has been recently elected unanimously president [elect] of the Haryana state branch of the Indian Medical Association [IMA] for 2014. He has also been elected honorary state secretary of the Association for 2013. [1]
Prof. Dhattarwal has more than 100 national and international publication to his credit and has presented more than 90 papers at various conferences.
The Doctor has also contributed in three textbooks of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology. He is also Associate Editor of Medico-Legal Update, an international journal published by the World Information Syndicate, Area Editor of the Journal of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology and Chief Editor of the Haryana Medical Journal.
Prof. Dhattarwal is life member of the Association for the Promotion of DNA Finger-Printing and other DNA Technologies.[2]
Awards and Recognition
He is a recipient of the State IMA Award, Haryana Chiktsa Rattan Award and Bharat Vidya Sarswati Puruskar.[3]
