Leadership : In His own words
Vineet Chaudhary is a born leader, in his own words, "I was born with one thing- *Activism". Hello tune on his mobile,"VAISHNAV JAN TO TENE KAHIYE, PEER PARAI JAANE RE" speaks a lot about his personality. He dreams of a casteless, strong & developed India. He is happily married & ready to shed every drop of his blood for his motherland.
In Politics
His leadership journey started in his school days, when he became the Captain of Cricket Team. When he joined D.U., he immediately started his activities with N.S.U.I. (The Worlds biggest student organization). He entered into social service & politics for the cause of 'Good' & 'Right'. In 2006 he became the 'Secretary' of UP youth Congress & in the year 2007 he was appointed as' General Secretary' of 'U.P. state Youth Congress'. When youth icon Sh. Rahul Gandhi initiated "Aam Aadmi ka Sipahi" (AAKS) a social wing working on behalf of Congress party in 2008, he was appointed 'State Coordinator' of 'AAKS'.

But soon he realized that he could not deliver the best to society through this channel & for doing good for the society he should start something else. Then came the year 2007 January, when a revolution took birth in the form of "HAI UMMEED", an all India based social organization (N.G.O.). The mission of this revolutionary N.G.O. is to provide platform to like minded people to work for the betterment of the society & country. Today "Hai Ummeed" is the roaring voice of the Youth, Society & Noida city. "Hai Ummeed" is working 24*7 for the upliftment of the youth, society, needy & women empowerment.
Under the banner of "Hai Ummeed". Vineet Chaudhary has organized many programs- few of them are "PRIDE of NOIDA", a Noida based prestigious award program & "Thank U. Maa" on international mothers day. Help to needy & poor, Free medical health check-up camps, free medicine & food distribution, painting competitions, blood donation camps, anti liquor & smoking drives, City Clean drive, Independence day celebrations (Spirit of Freedom on 16th Aug), Gandhi jayanti program & Celebrating birth anniversaries of other great personalities. fighting with Authority's for the betterment of the society..
His likes and dislikes
He is also a big RTI activist & founded "RTI Forum" in Noida in 2008. He simply hates 3C's -- 1). Casteism, 2).Communalism & 3).Corruption.
Vineet Chaudhary has high regards for- Mahatama Gandhi, Smt. Indira Gandhi & Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar.
He is a big movie buff & one of the biggest fan of legend Sh. Amitabh Bachchan. Guide, Deewar, Lage raho Munna Bhai, 3 idiots, Rang de basanti & Sholay are his all time favourites...
