Charudeshna

Charudeshna (चारुदेष्ण) was a King mentioned in Mahabharata (I.177.16), (I.221.8), (II.31.15) and Srimad Bhgavatam (SB 10.61.8-9). He was younger brother of Pradyumna and son of Krishna from Rukmini. Pradyumna was the crown prince of Dwaraka.

Adi Parva, Mahabharata/Book I Chapter 177 mentions the Kshatriyas who came on Swayamvara of Draupadi. Charudeshna (चारुदेष्ण) is mentioned in Mahabharata (I.177.16). [2].....Sankarshana (Baladeva), Vasudeva (Krishna) the mighty son of Rukmini, Samba, Charudeshna, Sarana, Gada....


Adi Parva Mahabharata Book 1 Chapter 211 mentions the Raivataka mountain festival of Bhojas, Vrishnis and Andhakas. Charudeshna (चारुदेष्ण) is mentioned in Mahabharata (I.221.10).[3].....And Akrura and Sarana and Gada, and Vabhru, and Nisada, and Charudeshna, and Prithu, Viprithu.....


Sabha Parva, Mahabharata/Book II Chapter 31 mentions the Kshatriyas who brought tributes on Rajasuya sacrifice of Yudhisthira. Charudeshna (चारुदेष्ण) is mentioned in Mahabharata (II.31.15).[4]....And Rama and Aniruddha and Kanaka and Sarana; and Gada, Pradyumna, Shamba, and Charudeshna of great energy...

In Srimad Bhgavatam

Srimad Bhgavatam (SB 10.61.8-9) mentions ....The first son of Queen Rukmini was Pradyumna, and also born of her were Charudeshna, Sudesna and the powerful Charudeha, along with Sucharu, Charugupta, Bhadracharu, Charuchandra, Vicharu and Charu, the tenth (SB 10.61.8-9). Of them, Pradyumna was the crown prince of Dwaraka.
