Chaudhary Digambar Singh
Chaudhary Digambar Singh (Agre) (9 June 1913 – 10 December 1995) was Member of Parliament elected to 1st (1952) from Etah Distt (West) Cum Mainpuri Distt (West) Cum Mathura District (East), 3rd (1962), 4th (1967) and 7th Lok Sabha (1980) from Mathura in Uttar Pradesh. [1]
He was born on June 9, 1913 at Kursanda Village, Mathura district in Uttar Pradesh State, India. He is descendent of Ch. Deokaran Jat, a revolutionary freedom fighter who sacrificed his life in India's freedom struggle of 1857.[2]
