Advice about my plot/land

Ram 2 Sabne,
Anybody from real estate or knowledge about property etc are welcome to give suggestions to me whether we should go for individual making or to give to some builder our land. The area is in south delhi. If someone interested can call me direct & look for the property & then advise. I want some jat to take our project rather than other community people. Contact me urgently. No leg pulling on this thread.

i suggest please don't get community type mindset in business matters.
