Doubtful members on Jatland

Recently I observed on Jatland Wiki by a member named Rathorejaat. He has played havoc with Dalal page. I have blocked him for one month. Admins to see.
He has been temporarily banned for one month and fuller inquiry at the site administrators level [about his credentials as to find out whether he is Jat or not] will decide further course of action.
Administrators to note for further action in the matter.
My 2 cent of suggestions:-
Wiki edit access should only be given to a person who completes atleast 2-3 years on JL.
Exceptions: For new members.
For Major edits, new members should be submitting their artifacts to editors to convince them to be given a temporary edit access for a week etc.
For minor edits new members, Only after moderation their edits should be published.
If we can put existing old members for post moderation. Why can't for a greater cause.
Is there any periodic backup taken for wiki data?

It is good to establish his credentials, even all JL members too... Suppose He is Jat, then? Ban is not the solution of core issue.
I feel that the member should have editing access in temp mode ONLY. The final updation/confirmation must be through editors ONLY in all cases... Any factual publication whether popular or scientific (print or online), has review mechanism and authors are given only limited direct access....

What if, if he comes up with another new fake id and create more ruckus than before?
Previous time, Burdak Sir were lucky to catch him !! What of this, new time?

Members are requested kindly to suggest some full-proof method, if any, to keep such elements not only away from Wiki section but totally away from the site. And also let us share how to tackle such cases if they succeed in getting membership of the site by adopting wrong methods.

We keep a watch on new edits on Wiki but sometimes we are away from the site. Wiki keeps every record in history of each page. Keep on seeing Recent changes by clicking this term on navigation panel of wiki. This will update you what is being added on Wiki. For ex I click Recent changes right now we see -

When you find entries by a new member, editors name shows red entry. What we need to do is see his content. This you can find with clicking at diff .
This is simple. Wiki moderators keep this watch. More members may do so. It is not very simple to convert a page by new member.
