Today is an era of technology and luxury, most of us have sedantry jobs. We often miss the level of workout we use to do 10-15 years back. As a result my health issues have become common with us.
To name a few
1) Survical
2) Pain in joints.
3) High BP
4) Obesity
5) Various stresses
6) Hair loss
7) Common flu
8) Weak eyesight
etc etc
I request JL members to share their views on this and suggest remedial measures to control these health issues. We have many doctors, phsiotherapists, sportsperson,fitness freaks here on JL, their valuable suggestions are welcome
PS: Brisk walk, streches, pranayam and other yoga asanas, lite food with proper nutrition, keeping others and oneself happy are few things which help in getting over health issues. Frequent health check ups probably in 6 months or an year(advisable to those who are above 30)
