Ajari (अजरी) is an ancient gotra of Jats found in Afghanistan.[1] Ajari (अजरी), ajjari, aryali, ayali, ajari fr. ajjar, herd, a goat-herd — in Rawalpindi, Jhelum, etc. In Jhelum, it is tho name of a sept of turbulent Awans found in the village of Bhuchhal Kalan.[2]
