Surya Prakash Khatri (born 1963) son of Chaudhary Sukh Lal Khatri of village Shahpur Garhi in North Delhi. He belongs to a Jamindar and educated family. He is a social worker, politician and a renown senior advocate, one of his famous case was defending Rahul Mahajan (son of Promod Mahajan, BJP Chief)[1]. He is Samdhi of Randeep Singh Surjewala
