Naresh Kadyan, Chairman, People for Animals Haryana <www.pfaharyana.in> , Ex. Duty Magistrate & now posted as a District Khadi & Village Industries Officer at Faridabad in Haryana was born on 10th. october, 1961 at village SIWANA now in Jhajjar District. His father Dr. O.P Kadyan retired as a B.D.O in 1991. Naresh Kadyan - a leading animal rights activist in India having results in this field - a national record stopping two cattle trains carrying cows for slaughter with in 15 days & lodge F.I.R against the offenders, introduced a scheme of rehabilitation of kalenders / dancing bears which was implemented by the International agencies, he has filed 35 P.I.L's with 100% positive results, lodged 500 F.I.R's of animal cruelties.He is the whistle blower in Nawab M.A Khan Pataudi, former Indian cricket team captain black buck hunting case of Haryana along with actively participated to control the misuse of animals in feature films, Elephant polo & dog marriages in Jaipur. He has taken up the matter of Kadyan - Sangwan Khap then Lohan Khap matter in the NHRC / High Court for solution & solved the problem. He is running ambulance & shelter for animals in distress around Delhi in Haryana. In village Ahulana (Sonepat) there was a farmaan of Gram Panchyat against the Kumhar community families of the village - HUKKA PAANI BAND, due to it several animals died due to thirst / hunger. Naresh Kadyan took this matter to the National Human Rights Commission, which was taken up by the commission vide case no. 1653/7/19/07-08/UC dated 31-8-07, notice issued to the Superintendent of Police, Sonepat to report within four weeks.
