Dr M S Gill is retired IAS, Ex Chief Election Commissioner, Present Minister of Sports, Govt of India.

Dr M.S. Gill a politician from Indian National Congress party is a Member of the Parliament of India representing Punjab in the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Indian Parliament.

He lives in Shivpuri district in Madhya Pradesh at Hatod village. He was awarded Padma Vibhushan.
