Rana Gaj Singh (राणा गज सिंह) (1699 - 1713), Rana of Gohad, eldest son of Rana Shri Bhagraj Singh, Rana of Gohad, educ. privately. Succeeded on the death of his father, 1699. He died in 1713, having had issue, five sons:
- 1) Rana Bhim Singh, Rana of Gohad (1717-1756).
- 2) Kunwar Mandhata Singh, of Jandara. He had issue, two sons Zamindars of Ikona and Kaithoda
- 3) Kunwar Shri Dalil Singh, of Pachgaon. He had issue, four sons (the Pachgaon-ghar).
- a) Kunwar Moti Ram.
- b) Kunwar Anrudh Singh, of Adhupura. He had issue, two sons: i) Kunwar Bahkt Singh. ii) Samant Tara Chand, of Adhupura. He had issue, one son:Kunwar Kirat Singh, who succeeded as Maharaj Rana of Gohad and first Maharaj Rana of Dholpur.
- c) Kunwar Balju [Samant Rao Balju], of Nimrol (Nirpura). He had issue, three sons: i) Kunwar Gordhan Singh. ii) Kunwar Murjad Singh. He had issue, one son: (1) Samant Rao Fath Singh. iii) Kunwar Chhatrapat Singh, who succeeded Maharaj Rana of Gohad. iv) Kunwar Pratap Singh, who succeeded as Rana Girdhar Pratap Singh, Rana of Gohad.
- d) Kunwar Raghunath Singh. He had issue, two sons:
- 4) Kunwar Chhatra Singh. He had issue, two sons, who were Zamindar of Makhol.
- 5) Kunwar Amrit Singh, of Rajpura. He had issue, two sons

His successor was Rana Jaswant Singh (1713 - 1717)
सुजस प्रबंध में राजा गज सिंह
सुजस प्रबंध (Sujas Prabandh) के रचनाकार कवि नथन उदय सिंह के बाद राजा गज सिंह का वर्णन करते हैं. उनके बाद राजा गज सिंह गोहद राज्य में उभर कर आए. इन्होने युद्ध में पठानों को हराया. कई सैयद पठान तथा अमीरों के सामने वह युद्ध में गंभीरता के साथ जमे रहे और उनसे कई हाथी भी छीन लिए. इन्होने बड़ा भयंकर युद्ध किया था.
