Naveen Kumar Ohlyan

Hailing from Sampla, a Town near Rohtak in Haryana, Naveen Kumar Ohlyan has made his mark in acting in Haryanvi Tele plays, Movies and Music Videos. During his college days a versatile artiste, Naveen Kumar Ohlyan made his debut in cultural arena with the guidance and encouragement of class mate of that time Harvinder Malik. As a student of AIJHM College, Rohtak, Naveen Kumar took part and won prizes’ in Skit, Mime, One Act Play, Mono Acting and Group Song at Zonal, Inter-Zonal, Inter-University and National Youth Festival(s).

As a student of Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Naveen Kumar Ohlyan won ‘Best Actor’ award in Haryana Day celebrations at Kurukshetra University in the Haryanvi Skit event as also won First Prize in Tit-Bits.

A strong champion of Haryanvi culture, Naveen Kumar’s instrumental in conducting Raagni competition(s) as part of New Year celebrations each year under the aegis of Raguvinder Malik’s Haryana Lok Kala Sangh.

Naveen Kumar has acted as well as assisted Harvinder Malik in his production of Haryanvi pop music albums- Git-Pit, Ghuturgoon, Desi ka Pavva, Dhare Jab Pahuncha England & Hey Chhori. He has acted As TAU in Harvinder Malik’s Super Hit music videos- Desi Ka Pavva, along with Desi Cricket ka Dhang, Dekhi Thi ek Chhori, Tera Andy Kaam Sai Bhagwan, Bottal ki Daat Hta Dyo Rai & Title Song of newly Launched album Top Gear. He has shown his acting skills in Haryanvi Film Ladoo with Ashutosh Rana and Haryanvi Tele Plays of Harvinder’s Shubham Video - Rangila Thanedar, Thara Rande Bahya Karavenge. Ajab Doctor Gajab Mareez. He has worked in production of Shubham’s Comedy- Tai Bahyadi Randye ne.

Naveen in Desi Ka Pavva

Naveen Kumar has also acted as Main Lead Actor in Harvinder Malik’s Documentary Films JISKE DHORAI MURRA USKA LAMBA TURRA- a film for Animal Husbandry Deptt., MACHHALI PALAN- Rojgaar ka Uttan Sadhan, SHKARITA KI BHAVNA SUNDER BHAVISHYA KI KAMNA- a film on Cooperative Deptt. Haryana and in a Film of PRANAM KISAN.

A dedicated cultural Ambassador of Haryanvi culture, Naveen Kumar Ohlyan has excelled in comic genre of acting as well as new genre of Haryanvi pop music albums.
