History
Katachpur: On the southern bank of the Katachpur tank are two 13th century Kakatiya temples built of grey granite. These two are also similar to the temples at Hanamkonda, Ramappa and Ghanpur in style and workmanship. [1]

विजयेन्द्र कुमार माथुर[2] ने लेख किया है ...कटचपुर (AS, p.126) आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य के वारंगल ज़िले के निकट स्थित है। कटचपुर झील के दक्षिणी तट पर 13वीं शती के दो मंदिर हैं, जो काकतीय नरेशों के शासन काल में निर्मित हुए थे। इन मन्दिरों का निर्माण काणाश्म या ग्रेनाइट पत्थर से हुआ है। कला शैली की दृष्टि से ये मंदिर घनपुर, हनुमकोंडा और रामप्पा के मंदिरों के अनुरूप हैं।
