Baba Ala Singh (1695–1765) (सरदार आलासिंह) (Born: 1695, Died: 17 August 1765) was a Jat Sikh chieftain from village Rampura Phul in Bathinda District of Punjab. He was the founder of Patiala state.

पटियाला जैसी प्रसिद्ध और सुविस्तृत रियासत के संस्थापक और फुलकियां खानदान को विश्व विदित होने योग्य बनाने वाले सरदार आलासिंह ही थे। आपका जन्म सन् 1695 ई० में सरदार रामा के घर मौजा फूल में हुआ था। (जाट इतिहास:ठाकुर देशराज, पृष्ठ.402)
