Notable Persons
- Narendra Singh Meharia (Platoon Commander) became martyr of militancy on 12 May 2016 at Jungle Warfare College Kanker in Chhattisgarh while defusing a bomb used by naxalites. He was known as a Steel Man. He was from village Bader in Ladnu tahsil of Nagaur district in Rajasthan.
