Dhani Phogat is a village located at a distance of 4 kms from the town of Charkhi Dadri in Bhiwani district, Haryana. Synonymous with Phogat Jats, the village has Chhatrris of 3 Subedars (of 1st World War times). Among the prominent families is that of late Subedar Sheo Lal whose descendants have distinguished themselves in medicine, civil service, police and politics.
