Chindhori Village is on the Road from Meerut to Baraut and is about 17 to 20 kilometer away from the Meerut. The nearest Known place (village) is Mahadev Pura there is a Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and during the month of Savan (August-September) there is huge fair around this temple and Shiv Devotees used to offer water which they carry from the Holy ganges river.
