Jaitpur

Jaitpur(जैतपुर) is a village in Lunkaransar tehsil of Bikaner district in Rajasthan, India. It is situated on 29 km off the road in east from Bikaner-Ganganagar road just at the border of Hanumangarh district. Population of Jaitpur, as of 2001, is 8016 out of them 2359 are Scheduled Caste.
History
It was one of the districts in the republic of Johiya Jats in Jangladesh, whose chief was Sher Singh having 600 villages in his state with capital at Bhurupal. The districts included in his state were Jaitpur, Kumana, Mahajan, Peepasar, Udasar.
