Sersa

Sersa (सेरसा) Village is situated in Sonepat district of Haryana, about one kilometre east of National Highway No. 1 (GT Road), near 'Kundli' village. This village is on Haryana-Delhi border - the next village named "Singhu" falls in Delhi state. The village is also known by "Sersa-Janti" सेरसा जांटी because of its promixity to village Janti जांटी, the birthplace of famous folk poet Dada Lakhmi Chand. Sersa is a tiny village, having two Jat gotras - Malik (मलिक) and Khatri (खत्री).
