Khutel (खुटेल) Khutela (खुटेला) Khuntela (खुंटेला) Khuntail (खुंटैल) Gotra Jats are found in Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.[1] They are also known as Kuntal being descended from Kunti. They were given the Faujdari of Khunt (खूंट) area hence called Khuntail. They live mainly in Mathura and Bharatpur districts.[2]

Khutela Khap

Khutela (खुटेला) Khap has 282 villages in Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan, Mathura, Bharatpur districts. Jat gotra is Khutela. During Mugal period there was confederation of Sinsinwar and Khutela clans known as Sin-Khutela. Main villages are: Ading (अड़ींग ), Sonkh (सोंख), Santruk (सान्तरुक), Magorra (मगोर्रा). Ch. Hati Singh (हटीसिंह) was a Jat Warrior of this clan.[3]
